| Further to our circular Ref NO: PLEXH/Addis/3357 dated 17th November, 2011 on the 16th Addis Chamber International Trade Fair (ACITF) scheduled to be held from February 23 29, 2012 at Addis Ababa Exhibition Centre, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, we are pleased to organise Buyer Seller Meets (BSMs) covering two or more countries from amongst Ethiopia, Tanzania and Mozambique. | We have pleasure in informing you that the Council is planning to participate at the 16th Addis Chamber Intl. Trade fair (ACITF), scheduled to be held from February 23-29, 2012 at Addis Ababa Exhibition Centre, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, subject to adequate response from members & availability of space from the organizer.
We have been informed that the 15th ACITF was a great success with participation of about 300 companies with overseas participation from 22 countries. It is also expected that the 16th ACITF will be high international standard and expected to attract a large number of participants and visitors from many countries in Europe, Far East, Middle East, Africa and North America.

| We have pleasure in informing you that the Council is planning to participate at 30th edition of EXPOCOMER, Panama City, scheduled to be held from 21-24 March 2012, subject to adequate response from members, and allotment of space by the organizers. Council is also planning to organise a Buyer-Seller Meets (BSMs) in select Latin American Countries possibly any of the two countries from amongst Trinidad & Tobagao, Ecuador & Colombia
EXPOCOMER is Latin America's one of the biggest and popular trade show, which displays a wide range of products including Household goods, furniture, office equipment and supplies, educational items, Medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment, etc. Last year about 574 exhibitors from 32 countries had displayed their products at this event, which was visited by about 22000 visitors.
