We have pleasure in informing you that the Council is planning to participate at 27th International Autumn Trade Fair, 11th - 13th December 2012, Dubai, UAE, subject to adequate response from members.

International Autumn Trade Fair, Dubai is emerged as a leading buyer-seller meeting ground for the consumer goods segment. We understood from the fair organizer that at the last edition, 225 companies from China (25 from Hong Kong), 20 from Korea, 20 from India, 15 from Indonesia, 15 from Malaysia attended the show & around 10450 visitors visited the show. It has been further informed that 55 per cent of space was already booked on the last day of the show. The product portfolio in the Plastic sector such as Household products, House ware, Kitchen ware, Toys, Stationery including writing instrument, Electrical fittings, Gift & Novelties, Sanitary ware etc. will have a good opportunity to display and promote these products in this market.

Participation Charges:
Independent Stall (Fully equipped 9 sqm booth - one side open) -  Cost will be 3285 US$ or Rs 1,87,245/-, which includes Rear & side walls, Fascia, Carpet,1 table ,2 chairs, 3 spot lights, 1 Plug Socket. All other costs such as additional equipment, shipment of your exhibits, your promotional / publicity materials, additional furniture, deputation of your representative etc will be to your account. Members interested to book more than 9 sqm booth may write to us separately.

 

Raw Space (Minimum bookable area 36 sqm) :  Cost will be 272 per sqm or Rs 15,504/- per sqm, which includes only general illumination & security. All other costs such as construction of the stall, additional equipment, shipment of your exhibits, your promotional / publicity materials, additional furniture, deputation of your representative etc will be to your account.

 

Payment option: Details of our US $ EEFC Account will be given to those who wish to make payment in US $. Please add US $  25 to the amount payable to cover bank charges. In Case of payment in rupees, you are requested to pay by DD/Cheque payable at Mumbai in favour of THE PLASTICS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL.
 

Benefit of the Member Exporters: If we get adequate response from the members, it would be taken up with the Deptt of Commerce for MDA grant and maximum of Rs. 80,000/- (only on stall rental) will be given subject to the approval of the Government and as per prevailing MDA guidelines which can be viewed as

Application:  Interested members are requested to confirm their participation along with 50% non-refundable advance payment, along with attached application form on or before 30th July 2012 to enable us to finalize the event. (Refundable only if the event is cancelled by us). Balance payment must be paid by the 10th November 2012.
