Subject: Participation at Arabplast 2013 (11th Arab International Plastics & Rubber Industry Trade Show & Conference), Dubai, UAE, 7th to 10th January 2013
Dear Sir(s),
We have pleasure in informing you that the Council is organising the Indian participation at ARABPLAST 2013scheduled to be held from January 7th to 10th - 2013 at Dubai, UAE. This activity is being carried out with support from the Department of Commerce, Government of India under the market Access Initiative (MAI).
ARABPLAST, is one of the largest established trade fair in this region and has acquired a brand image over the years. It offers a unique opportunity for players in the plastic industry (all plastic items including masterbatches, additives and other auxiliaries and machinery and molds and dies) to to showcase their ware not only to the target audience in the UAE but also the entire Middle East and African Regions. The potential for plastic items in the Middle East and African Regions exceeds twenty billion US Dollars with a small share for the Indian suppliers. Participation at ARABPLAST is an excellent platform to tap this potential.
We are offering highly subsidized participation charge as under:
Independent Stall under Shell scheme: US$ 265 or Rs 14840 per square metre (as against the tariff of organizer is US$ 450 per sqm) + Rs 5000 deposit per sq-m. Minimum bookable area is 12 square metres and upwards in multiples of 3 square metres. Shell scheme will included a constructed booth with panels, fascia name in English, carpet, 1 table, 2 chairs, 4 spotlights and 1 plug socket. (CORNER BOOTHS WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 10%)
Space only: US$225 or Rs 12600 per square metre (as against the tariff of organizer USD 400 per sq mtr) + Rs 4000 deposit per sq-m The minimum bookable area is 36 sq.mtrs. Space only exhibitors should order separate power/ electricity connection/partition/carpet/furniture etc for their stand.
(Deposit amount will be refunded on return of the participating member on his furnishing an outcome report of participation; proof of travel (self-certified passport copy with immigration stamp or e-ticket and boarding passes) of the representative who must be a proprietor, partner, director or employee)
Payment option: Details of our US$ EEFC Account will be given to those who wish to make payment in US Dollars. Please add US$ 25 cover bank charges. In case of payment in rupees, you are requested to pay by Demand Draft/Cheque payable at Mumbai in favour of THE PLASTICS EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL.
Payment schedule: 30% non-refundable payment along with Application immediately. Second instalment of 30% payment must be paid on or before 30th September 2012. Balance payment of 40% must be paid by 10th December 2012.
Application: Interested members are requested to confirm their participation & send us the attached Application form along with 30% non-refundable advance payment not later than 15th June 2012.
